First Fish on Fly so far for 2015!

Dave Walsh from Mallow landed
our first salmon on fly yesterday April 3rd.

It was taken on a cone-head Cascade
on a super fast sink tip
at the Barrels on Bridgetown Priory.

Even better was the fact that
it was his first ever springer.

It's our 11th. springer so far this season.

"Just wanted to say thank you very much
for a hugely enjoyable day yesterday.
Everything about it was run so professionally
and to such a high standard that
I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
And, Glenda, my thanks to you for
decoding what seemed to me to be a
complicated and mystical process
into something that I have
understanding and confidence in.
I can't wait now to get back out
onto the river to start catching fish!"

Daire Whelan - February, 2008
